At Landlocked Seafoods Inc, we value our customers and are committed to providing high-quality seafood products. Due to the nature of our products — including fresh, frozen, shellfish, mollusks, and ready-to-cook items — special conditions apply to returns and refunds in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.
Because we sell perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
Exceptions may apply if:
The product arrives damaged or spoiled.
The wrong product was delivered.
There are issues directly attributable to our company’s error.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You will be required to provide:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
In cases where the product can be replaced (subject to availability), we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund.
Replacement shipping costs may be covered by us if the issue is due to our error.
All perishable seafood items are non-returnable once delivered, unless they meet the exceptions described above.
We do not accept returns or refunds for issues caused by:
Improper handling or storage after delivery.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
