Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We will notify you if there are any delays in processing.
We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our products.
Shipping methods available at checkout may include:

Expedited Shipping
Overnight/Next-Day Delivery (available for select locations)
Certain products (e.g., fresh or frozen items) may require special handling and packaging with insulation and cold packs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Promotional free shipping may be offered occasionally and will be indicated on our website.
We currently ship orders within the continental United States.
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for perishable items.
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit, but we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if necessary.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You may track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@landlockedSeafoods.com.
Please provide photos of damaged packages or products so we can investigate with the carrier.
