At Landlocked Seafoods Inc, we are committed to delivering fresh, frozen, and ready-to-cook seafood products in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We will notify you if there are any delays in processing.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our products.

  • Shipping methods available at checkout may include:

    • Standard Shipping

    • Expedited Shipping

    • Overnight/Next-Day Delivery (available for select locations)

  • Certain products (e.g., fresh or frozen items) may require special handling and packaging with insulation and cold packs.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Promotional free shipping may be offered occasionally and will be indicated on our website.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship orders within the continental United States.

  • Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for perishable items.


5. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Overnight: 1 business day

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Risk of Loss

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit, but we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if necessary.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • You may track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@landlockedSeafoods.com.

  • Please provide photos of damaged packages or products so we can investigate with the carrier.
